The aim is to make sure that the passengers have the best possible flying experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are the face of our company, which means that through your careful, mindful and professional behaviour, you will contribute to building our collective reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main activities and responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Actively participate the flight briefings and ensure to be aware of all flight specificities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in proper and on time boarding according to the company standards to ensure the highest on time performance possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take care of the different announcements in the appropriate languages when requested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deal with any problem\/concern reported by the Senior Cabin Crew or Cabin Crew Member and agree with the captain in command on the actions that are necessary to take.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address any safety and security related problem during the flight by applying the relevant procedures in agreement with the captain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as an Air Belgium Ambassador and promote our values towards the customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure efficient teamwork and help your colleagues where needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties relevant to the achievement of the company objectives that are within your competences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profile requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Self-behaviour<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with local, national legislations and health &amp; safety standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with Company policies, values, and auditor\u2019s code of ethics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report to hierarchy any hazards, non-compliances, and risks whether to customers, employees or to the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display a positive, open, and cooperative attitude in order to facilitate a good working relationship with all parties involved while maintaining a critical and analytical mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements and qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a valid EASA CPL\/IR or ATPL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a valid type rating with valid IR rating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acquired 1000hrs on A320\/330\/340\/350\/380.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acquired 1500hrs on aircraft with MTOW of more than 44 tons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ELP level 5 or better.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have the right to work and live in Belgium.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold all certificates, including those that are health-related, required to enter the territories served by Air Belgium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note that the above mentioned ratings must be present or were endorsed on your EASA license.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-base-2-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-radius:10px;padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Next to a correct and modern compensation package &#8211; the ability to work in an airline environment where you can have impact and will be embedded in a team of aviation enthusiasts&nbsp;.
